Job Description:
1 Solution Architecture Design
Define endtoend RPA solution architecture across attended unattended and hybrid automations
Design scalable automation frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Prepare HLD LLD PDD and SDD for automation solutions
Evaluate automation suitability and conduct process assessments
2 Banking Regulatory Compliance Canada
Embed auditability traceability and controls in bot designs
Work closely with Risk Compliance and Audit teams
3 Platform Technology Leadership
Architect solutions using leading RPA platforms

Integrate RPA with
oCore Banking Systems
oMainframes
oAPIs Web Services
oOCR IDP Document Understanding
Leverage AIML NLP and Intelligent Automation where applicable
4 Delivery Governance
Guide development teams on best practices coding standards and reusability
Review solution designs and conduct architecture code reviews
Support UAT production rollout and hypercare phases
Define exception handling resiliency and monitoring strategies
5 Stakeholder Client Engagement
Act as the technical advisor to business stakeholders and program leadership
Translate business requirements into automation roadmaps
Support costbenefit analysis ROI estimation and value realization
6 Automation CoE Contribution
Define RPA standards frameworks and governance models
Mentor developers and junior architects
Contribute to automation strategy tooling decisions and capability maturity
