Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT experience, with a focus on RPA solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in RPA tools such as OpenSpan, UI Path, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two full RPA implementations from scratch.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to devise technical solutions independently.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and operational stakeholders to clarify process requirements.
• Develop solution designs that meet stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.
• Independently troubleshoot issues and provide technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation of RPA solutions.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
