THE ROLEThe Fixed Income Rotational Research Associate Program is an entry-level opportunity for current college seniors interested in beginning a career in fixed income investing.
Research Associates will rotate through approximately three to four areas of Fixed Income, which may include investment grade, high yield, emerging markets, municipal bonds, structured products and other strategies. The program is designed to provide broad exposure to fixed income investing while developing fundamental research, financial analysis and investment judgment.
Candidates should be graduating during the [redacted] academic year and available to begin full-time employment in September 2027.
WHAT YOU WILL DO• Conduct fundamental investment research across multiple fixed income asset classes.
• Support credit, industry, security and/or macroeconomic analysis depending on the assigned rotation.
• Collect and analyze financial, economic and market information and assist with financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Work closely with Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers and other members of the Fixed Income investment team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation during the [redacted] academic year.
• Strong interest in investing, financial markets and fixed income asset management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and concisely communicate information.
• Relevant coursework may include economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or statistics. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Prior full-time investment experience is not required. Relevant internship, academic or extracurricular experience is a plus.
Base Salary: $115,000
This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
