Full Job Description
THE ROLE

As a People Analytics Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Human Resources and business leaders, leveraging workforce data to inform strategic talent decisions. You will transform data into actionable insights that help the organization attract, retain, develop, and engage talent while advancing key business priorities. Working across a broad range of people topics, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee listening, talent management, and culture and inclusion, you will combine analytical rigor, business acumen, and consulting skills to influence decisions and improve organizational outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and thought partner to HR stakeholders and business leaders, helping identify opportunities where data and analytics can inform workforce and talent decisions.
  • Translate business questions and challenges into actionable analyses, dashboards, and insights that support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling, presentations, and visualizations tailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Lead and support employee listening initiatives by evaluating feedback strategies, identifying emerging themes, and recommending enhancements to strengthen the employee experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate workforce trends and provide recommendations that inform key talent initiatives, including recruiting, employee development, workforce planning, employee listening, culture and inclusion, and talent management.
  • Respond to business, client, regulatory, benchmarking, and ad hoc analytics requests by developing data-driven insights, reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Partner with HR Technology and other teams to ensure workforce data is accessible, reliable, and structured to support analytical and reporting needs.
  • Promote strong data governance, privacy, and responsible use of workforce data while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Develop scalable reporting and self-service analytics solutions that increase efficiency, improve access to insights, and reduce manual reporting efforts.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Preferred fields of study include Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
  • 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related analytical function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with workforce and talent data preferred.
  • Experience using analytical tools and technologies to support data analysis, reporting, and insight generation; familiarity with SQL, Python, and/or R preferred.
  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated commitment to handling confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.


PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with modern HCM platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Experience supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Experience designing, administering, and analyzing employee listening programs, including engagement, pulse, onboarding, and exit surveys.
  • Experience applying statistical modeling, predictive analytics, workforce forecasting, or scenario planning techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of talent management, recruiting, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning concepts.

Base Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $126,000.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
  • MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
  • Education Assistance: MFS contributes $100 monthly up to $10,000 lifetime maximum directly to loan provider
