Job Title: Rotational Associate - MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Posting Start Date: 9/15/26 Job Description: Job Overview This two-year leadership development program is designed for high-potential engineers seeking to accelerate their careers through immersive, hands-on experiences across TE Connectivity's Aerospace, Defense & Marine business. Participants will complete four six-month rotational assignments at various U.S. locations, gaining exposure to diverse manufacturing operations, technologies, and leadership teams. As a member of the Leadership Development Program, participants will join a cohort of emerging talent and receive exclusive access to professional development training, executive networking opportunities, mentorship, and leadership-focused learning experiences. By the end of the program, participants will have built a broad business perspective, a strong professional network, and the skills necessary to transition into a role that aligns with their strengths, interests, and long-term career goals. Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively "items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate's national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate.
