Minimum Qualifications:- Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on quality and process improvement.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with data analysis software and statistical tools.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems.
- Previous experience managing or supervising root cause analysis in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis sessions using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production to identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of root cause investigations, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to product quality and process efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on root cause analysis techniques and continuous improvement best practices.
- Coordinate with customers and external partners when root causes are linked to external components or services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, scrap rates, and operational costs while enhancing product reliability.
