Responsibilities

  • Work with existing customers and pursue new opportunities through national accounts.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare proposals for commercial/industrial roofing projects.
  • Schedule customer office visits and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients and present company information.
  • Generate sales through effective prospecting and marketing efforts.

has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Birmingham, AL area. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Year-end compensation (Base + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $120k.

Job Summary:
  • Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
  • Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
  • Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
  • Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is Required
  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is highly preferred
  • Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is highly preferred
  • Experience in growing market share
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
  • Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
