DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE- Conduct 8-10 weekly appointments with homeowners and business leaders
- Demonstrate products to potential clients
- Perform detailed roof & attic inspections
- Prepare detailed proposal on-site using company-provided estimating software
- Emphasize product/service features & benefits, quote a price, & present financing options
- Expect & Overcome objections
- Maintain a professional image & carry yourself in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean vehicle
- Update appropriate sales data & paperwork daily
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and be organized
- Good computer skills
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Must live within one hour of the office
