Responsibilities
  • Generate timely and accurate reports on key performance metrics across renewable energy sites, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Prepare and submit GADS reports in alignment with regulatory and industry standards, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor site performance, availability, and key operational KPIs.
  • Maintain organized records related to contracts, operational activities, and project documentation.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret operational data from HMIS and other internal
  • systems to inform performance insights and decision-making.
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
  • Assist in tracking contract milestones and deliverables, including compliance and SLA reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing well-organized, accurate datasets and documentation.
  • Standardize reporting templates and procedures to ensure consistency across the renewable energy portfolio.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project management teams to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement to support ongoing site optimization
  • Recommend improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Target Salary Range - 80,000 - 95,000
