Robotic Service Engineer

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and replacement of components on existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability.
  • Optimization of robot systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface - from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings.
  • Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.
  • Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering-your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Technical expertise:
    • Highly proficient with computers and software -> work with our innovative No-Code robot programming software
    • Object oriented programming background is a plus
    • Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience and passion:
    • Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies-and enthusiasm for innovative technical challenges.
  • Mobility and customer focus: You have a driver's license, enjoy traveling - up to ~ 70% throughout the US - and love supporting customers on site. In doing so, you ensure that our systems run reliably, understand their needs, and actively contribute to successful projects.
