RN Unit Manager to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, staff support, and creating a positive environment for residents, patients, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff
- Monitor clinical care delivery to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes
- Support resident/patient care planning and clinical decision-making
- Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
- Promote excellent customer service for residents, patients, and families
Requirements:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Previous leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
