RN Unit Manager

RN Salary: $100,000 - $106,000 per year

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead an assigned nursing unit and make a direct impact on the care of our residents.

This is a hands-on nursing leadership position for an RN who enjoys supporting a team, making clinical decisions, and staying involved in resident care. You'll work closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care and help your unit run successfully.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned nursing unit.
