LPN Unit Manager

LPN Salary: $91,000 - $95,000 per year

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to lead an assigned nursing unit and make a direct impact on the care of our residents.

This is a hands-on nursing leadership position for an LPN who enjoys supporting a team, providing quality resident care, and taking an active role in the day-to-day operation of a nursing unit. You'll work closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to help ensure residents receive consistent, compassionate care.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of your assigned nursing unit.
