RN Supervisor Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies
- Provide direct patient care when necessary
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly
RN Supervisor Qualifications- Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
