Job Description:AHMG MHI Clinical Contact Center

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Monitors practice and organizational policies to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Evaluates clinical performance of staff, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Manages compliance programs to ensure all activities meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Develops and implements training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Conducts regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborates with leadership to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintains up-to-date records of staff certifications and professional credentials.
- Provides ongoing education and support to staff to promote best practices and professional development.
- Coordinates with various departments to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Analyzes data and trends to inform decision-making and improve clinical performance.
- Facilitates team meetings and training sessions to foster communication and collaboration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Experienced in application of Microsoft Office Suite with Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. [Required]
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills and ability to implement program goals. [Required]
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal. [Required]
- Ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff. [Required]
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint [Required]

Education: - Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study: Work Experience: - 3+ years experience in clinical nurse telephone triage [Preferred]
- 1+ years leadership experience [Preferred]
- 2+ years experience in outpatient practices [Required]
Additional Information: Licenses and Certifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]
- Ambulatory Care Nurse-Board Certified (AMB-BC) [Preferred]
