Pay Range:

$35.92 - $53.88

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Position Specifics:

o Schedule: Daytime, 40 hrs/wk, flex
o Facility: St Johns Hospital
o Location: Springfield, IL

The Coordinator-Structural Heart (RN) is responsible for coordinating and managing the care of patients undergoing structural heart procedures, including but not limited to transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve repair (MitraClip), and left atrial appendage closure (WATCHMAN). Serves as the primary clinical liaison for structural heart patients and providers, ensuring efficient operations, continuity of care, and regulatory compliance.


Education Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Nursing is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of cardiovascular nursing experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
