How you'll make an impact in this role- Clinical Transformation & Practice Improvement: Lead and support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical transformation initiatives, quality improvement strategies, and standardized best practices aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Education, Training & Competency Development: Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance and learning needs; develop and deliver training, support competency development, and serve as a clinical expert resource.
- Data, Performance & Process Optimization: Collect, analyze, and report performance data to monitor project outcomes, timelines, quality metrics, and strategic objectives; identify issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration & Quality Initiatives: Partner with interdisciplinary teams, committees, councils, and professional organizations to advance safety, quality, documentation standards, the Interdisciplinary Practice Model, and initiatives supporting meaningful use and organizational priorities.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
