Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.

  • Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families about care processes and health concerns.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.

RN - Pediatric ICU

Shift Details: Full time, Night shift, 36 hours a week

$20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
