RN - Oncology- **Sign on Bonus for Qualified Candidates**We're seeking experienced
Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers-providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments.
This position will float between our West Locations of Goodyear/Surprise/Glendale.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments
- Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams
- Document accurately within EMR systems
- Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times
Ideal Candidate- Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing
- Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
- Reliable and able to travel between locations
Required Qualifications- Active AZ RN License
- ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
