St Anthony Park Home is a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in St. Paul, and we're looking for an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and make sure every resident receives high-quality, compassionate care. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the tone for their floor.
What you'll do:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff across the unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility care standards
- Support resident care planning and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
- Mentor and develop staff, and step in to support direct care when needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality records
What we're looking for:
- Active Minnesota RN license (required)
- Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- A team-first leader who can build a positive, accountable culture
