Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to various environments and quickly build trust with teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about working with seniors, including those with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across seven communities in the region.
• Travel to various communities based on clinical needs.
• Conduct resident assessments and manage individualized service plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care accordingly.
• Provide support and guidance to caregivers and community leaders.
• Oversee medication management and ensure proper clinical documentation.
• Coach and develop care teams for better performance.
• Support communities facing staffing or clinical challenges.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance resident care.
• Promote high clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
