DescriptionAbout the RoleThe New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Under the guidance of experienced nursing leaders and preceptors, the New Grad RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate care for an assigned patient population across the continuum of care.
In this role, the New Grad RN integrates clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to address the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs of patients and their families. The RN serves as a patient advocate, promotes effective communication among care team members, and supports patient safety and quality initiatives.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed nurses to develop clinical expertise, strengthen professional practice skills, and build a foundation for a successful nursing career within a collaborative healthcare environment.
What You'll DoResponsibilities include ongoing assessment of patient conditions, implementation of individualized care plans, monitoring and evaluating patient responses to interventions, and coordinating discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
The New Grad RN continuously reassesses outcomes, modifies care plans as needed, and facilitates referrals to appropriate resources to support patient recovery and well-being.
Qualifications• Active, current, and unencumbered Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• AHA Basic Life Support
• Newly graduated RN with a total of less than one year of nursing experience by the start of the program
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain flexibility and composure in a constantly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families

- The total estimated compensation for this role is $41.00 per hour base. The salary range represents our national target range for this role. Additional compensation may be available for this role through differentials. Our compensation reflects the following for a 12-hour shift:
- Base rate for the first 8 hours of work in a day
- 1.5x overtime pay for hours over 8 worked in a workday
