Job DescriptionRN Neighborhood Guide - Monroe - Full time/Exempt - Starting salary $134,000 (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate home-like environment in a state-of-the-art-community - Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, some evenings and weekends with on-call coverage - The RN Neighborhood Guide is responsible for the overall operation of long term care on assigned Small Homes. Responsibility of day-to-day functions including assessment, planning and delivery of quality care (health, safety and well-being) and development and evaluation of nursing care-partners, in collaboration with nursing administration. This includes the direct management, development, and evaluation of nursing care partners, in collaboration with nursing leadership.

Minimum Qualifications- BSN from an accredited college or university strongly preferred, Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
- Minimum two (2) + years of direct management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
- Must possess AHA CPR Certificate
- Experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics, Long-Term Care required
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and working knowledge of Electronic Health Records
- Flu vaccination required during flu season
