Full Job Description
RN Manager, Clinical Programs & Practice Community Health of Central Washington is seeking an experienced and collaborative RN Manager to provide organization-wide nursing practice leadership and drive clinical consistency, competency, safety, and innovation across our ambulatory sites and programs. Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Programming & Innovation (DCPI), this role partners with nursing, clinics, programs, and organizational leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective clinical programs, standardized workflows, evidence-based practices, and measurable improvements in care. This is a unique opportunity for an RN leader who enjoys developing people, improving systems, strengthening clinical practice, and leading change across multiple sites. This is a full-time position (40 hrs/wk, M-F).
