Salary: $113,212.58 - $153,169.23 per year
How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead daily operations, staffing, workflow, and nursing resources for assigned unit(s), ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and timely resolution of care delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards; develop, implement, and enforce unit policies and procedures to support operational excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering professional development and team performance.
- Manage departmental budget and financial resources, monitoring expenditures, purchases, and staffing costs to maintain compliance with budget targets.
- 1.0 FTE Day Shift with alternating Nurse Leader on-call rotation. Supervisory or management experience preferred.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- RN with a minimum of Supervisory experience; Management experience required.
