Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced
RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing leadership team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead an assigned nursing unit, mentor a dedicated nursing team, and help deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Qualifications- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
ResponsibilitiesAs our Unit Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Investigate resident incidents and update care plans as needed.
- Conduct wound rounds and oversee wound care treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote quality resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.
