  • Educate patients, families, and staff on wound and ostomy management
  • Develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary

Work Type: Full Time

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 6:00:00 PM [4-10's or 5-8's starting at 8:00AM]

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $35.04 - $47.30 / hour

Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment// planning// implementation// and evaluation of patient's wounds// ostomy// and continence care. Provides education to patients// family// and staff.
