HOUSE SUPERVISOR

Position Summary: The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of all patients.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew).
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
  • Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.
  • Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred.
