Home Health RN Clinical Manager plays a critical leadership role in a home health agency, overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring that patient care is delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory standards. They will also demonstrate proficiency in medical records management, planning, and operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (RPT) with a current and valid Medical License.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in a relevant clinical specialty.
- Thorough knowledge of clinical practices and home health regulations.
- Working knowledge of medical records management systems.
- General knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ethical standards and conduct in healthcare.
- Experience in leadership and management within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to apply quality assurance principles.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage clinical operations.
Preferred Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in home health clinical management.
- Experience in utilization management and care coordination
