Position OverviewThe Registered Nurse at Home Care is responsible for providing skilled nursing services and patient education in the home care setting. The Registered Nurse will conduct the initial assessment visit in the home to determine whether the patient is appropriate for admission to the Agency and will develop and implement the patient's plan of care in accordance with physician orders.

Primary Work Shift:Day
Compensation Range:$33.57 - $51.39 per hour, depending on experience
You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours.Education/ExperienceMinimum Required:
- Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
- Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Med/Surg/Certified home care experience.
License/CertificationMinimum Required:
- License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- CPR Certification required upon hire.
