How you'll make an impact in this role- Provide direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implement, monitor, record, and communicate patient care plans and condition changes
- Coordinate all disciplines as the primary point of contact for well-coordinated patient care
- Execute physician and nursing orders while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days)
of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
