If you are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys building relationships, supporting caregivers, and helping seniors remain safely in their homes, we'd love for you to join us at Overture Home Care. Our company provides RN-delegated in-home care to older adults and individuals who need assistance across the DFW metroplex.

Our nurses play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive safe, compassionate, and clinically appropriate care while mentoring the caregivers who serve them every day. We specialize in Alzheimer's and dementia care, hospice support, chronic condition management, and personalized in-home care throughout the Dallas area.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain a strong customer service and sales mindset during every assessment, working to convert qualified prospects into active home care clients through education, relationship building, and exceptional service.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
  • Delegate nursing tasks and provide hands-on training to caregivers in accordance with state regulations.
  • Perform nursing procedures including medication management, clinical assessments, and other services within the RN scope of practice.
  • Monitor client progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and the care team.
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation, assessments, and required reports.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers, providing education, coaching, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure continuity of care and exceptional client service.
  • Help promote a safe, compliant, and high-quality care environment for every client.


Requirements

What We Are Looking For
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics, home health, hospice, or senior care.
