Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in surgical nursing
• Completion of RNFA program or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical operations
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards
• Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement care strategies
• Document patient data and procedures accurately for continuity of care
