November 2026 RN Critical Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
This position starts November 2, 2026. Full-Time, Variable shifts available.Specialties Available:Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications: - Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
