Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Critical Care Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 2, 2026.

Full-Time, Variable shifts available.

Specialties Available:
  • CVICU
  • NTICU


Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
