Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Must have an Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient triage and treatment.
  • Monitor and record patient vitals and medical histories.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and support in critical care scenarios.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health issues and care plans.

RN - Emergency Department at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a 0.9 FTE (Full-Time) position working on a Night Shift. 1:3 Nursing ratio in the ED!!

$8,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
