How you'll make an impact in this role- Clinical Leadership: Direct high-impact workflows, resources, and clinical services across Critical Care, including Trauma Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, Burn ICU, Wound Ostomy, and Vascular Access
- Strategic & Operational Autonomy: Shape the future of your department by designing long-term strategic goals, driving service line growth, and establishing clinical benchmarks
- Executive Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, hospital administration, and directors to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and eliminate barriers to top-tier patient care

What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Sharp business acumen and financial literacy
- Strong clinical background in critical care
