  • Clinical Leadership: Direct high-impact workflows, resources, and clinical services across Critical Care, including Trauma Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, Burn ICU, Wound Ostomy, and Vascular Access
  • Strategic & Operational Autonomy: Shape the future of your department by designing long-term strategic goals, driving service line growth, and establishing clinical benchmarks
  • Executive Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, hospital administration, and directors to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and eliminate barriers to top-tier patient care
  • Team Development: Cultivate and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals by leading with mentorship and fostering career growth

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.


Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
