Job Function:- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
- Diagnose and treat responses to actual or potential health problems
- Perform case-finding, health teaching, and counseling
- Provide restorative and supportive care to maintain patient well-being
- Supervise and train Graduate Nurses, LPNs, and direct care staff
- Consult with treatment teams on nursing matters
- Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and health-related committees
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
Job Requirements: Job Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) .
- Active New York State RN License (no exceptions)
- BLS required
- Ability to pass the State Criminal History Clearance
- Ability to attend an in-person interview
