Salary range: $88,263.96 - $124,602.44 per year
How you'll make an impact in this role- Coordinate nursing program activities, resources, care plans, and therapy programs within a clinical specialty or department.
- Oversee program implementation, recommend and enforce clinical standards, policies, and procedures, and act as a resource for nursing staff.
- Supervise nursing staff, ensure implementation of care plans and therapy programs, and secure required equipment and resources.
- Assemble, maintain, and coordinate all required clinical and program documentation.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Previous cardiac experience needed
- Experience with LVAD desired
