Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. In a week's time, you will work at University Hospital, 1 S Park St, and Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI.

You will:
  • Assist the RN clinic manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting
  • Supervise and manage a team of 19 nursing direct reports at three different clinic locations
  • Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the ENT specialty of care.
