Our client is one of the largest nonprofit OPWDD organizations in Staten Island, New York, specializing in the care of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including varying levels of cerebral palsy. They are currently seeking an RN Charge Nurse for their ICF program.

Job Function: - Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9am-5pm.
- Provide direct nursing care to a 14-bed unit of adult patients housed in the ICD-A Day program.
- Serve as the sole RN on shift, taking full responsibility for clinical decision-making and patient oversight.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with support staff and maintain clear documentation to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Job Requirements:Job Requirements: - Active New York State RN license.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working within an OPWDD setting, or At least 1 year of related OPWDD experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Current BLS certification.
