Salary range: $97,118.19 - $131,395.01 per year
How you'll make an impact in this role- Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership while directing associate activities, managing all nursing department operations, and conducting staff hiring, training, development, and evaluation.
- Assess daily patient access needs, deliver quality patient care, and ensure the implementation of clinical objectives and appropriate care delivery.
- Delegate appropriate duties to clinical staff based on their skills and abilities while maintaining operational proficiencies through continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with department leadership to keep processes up to date and ensure staff adherence.
- Participate in ongoing quality initiatives, auditing projects, and the development of improvement plans.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
