We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:Care Needs & Planning: Participate in care planning & ensure direct care providers follow established care plans, supplement hands on care needs
Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance: Provides clinical documentation and care audits, attends QA and interdisciplinary team meetings, makes rounds to evaluate resident status and care provision
Regulatory Compliance & Surveys: Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations, assists with survey preparedness and managing the facility during survey inspections
Staff Management & Development: Assists in interviewing and onboarding staff, managing schedules and assignments & evaluates competency/performance. Assists to lead in-service needs & stays up to date on clinical best practice/facility protocols
Administration & Leadership: Assumes duties and authority of Director Of Nursing in their absence, works alongside interdisciplinary team to foster seamless care, investigate and addresses complaints or grievances filed by staff, residents or their families
Does This Sound Like You?- Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a RN Registered Nurse
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
- Extensive clinical experience
- Extensive long-term care experience serving in clinical leadership roles
- Extensive level understanding of federal, state & county regulatory compliance
