The Opportunity

As a Risk & Reg Alliance Driver - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing partnerships with companies to enhance our client services. You will leverage strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, promote the firm's services, and capture new business opportunities. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and enhance the firm's brand and market presence.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity while articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC, you will focus on market penetration and revenue growth, identifying opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. You will build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between technology and the firm, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-competency programs that solve clients' most critical business issues.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
