The Opportunity
As a Risk Modeling Services P&C - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and managing financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis. Within our Assurance practice, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to help businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls. Your work will be instrumental in helping organizations make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks effectively.

Responsibilities
- Leading actuarial services projects to analyze and manage financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis
- Providing strategic advice to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management, enhancing their internal controls
- Utilizing advanced statistical analysis software to generate insights and recommendations for informed decision-making
- Developing and implementing risk models to support financial risk management strategies
- Collaborating with multi-level teams to solve complex problems and drive project success
- Coaching and motivating teams to deliver quality results and maintain operational excellence
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback to improve service delivery
- Directing teams through challenging and uncertain situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Fellow of Society of Actuaries or equivalent, certification requirement may be waived if the selected individual has more experience in the relevant field

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
