SUMMARYThe RIA Compliance Officer will support Welltower's registered investment adviser (the "RIA") and oversee the administration of the compliance policies and procedures for the RIA. The RIA advises private equity funds and private credit funds related to the seniors housing real estate sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee the administration of such RIA's compliance program and related policies and procedures.
- Report regularly to senior management, fund governing bodies, and advisory committees regarding the compliance program, material compliance matters, and regulatory developments of the RIA.
- Oversee the preparation and timely filings of Form ADV, Form PF, and all other regulatory filings related to the RIA.
- Conduct regular trainings for covered persons subject to the RIA's compliance program.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at Welltower regarding the RIA.
- Serve as the RIA's primary liaison for regulatory examinations and regulatory inquiries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Education: Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of significant compliance experience with an SEC registered investment adviser, private funds manager, regulator or law firm advising registered investment advisers.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, escalate issues to senior management, and influence outcomes across business functions.
- Experience as a primary liaison with regulatory authorities regarding examinations and/or other regulatory related inquiries.

COMPENSATION Salaries may vary by location. The range for this role in New York City, NY is $295,000 - $415,000 plus bonus. Final compensation determinations are made based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual experience, education, and skill level; business strategic priorities; primary office location; scope and anticipated strategic impact of the role.
