Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesDignity Health Medical Group seeks General Rheumatologist in Bakersfield, CAAs our General Rheumatologist, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a thriving multispecialty practice within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, playing a pivotal role in providing essential musculoskeletal and autoimmune care to a vibrant community. You will practice alongside a highly respected team of specialists, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes within Bakersfield, California.
You will provide expert clinical care primarily in an office-based setting, benefiting from a balanced schedule and minimal call requirements. With dedicated clinical support staff and robust, well-established referral patterns serving a large, diverse population, you will have the opportunity to build a high-impact practice and significantly influence the health and well-being of your patients.
To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Rheumatologist with a commitment to collaborative, compassionate patient care and a desire to contribute to a well-established and growing practice aligned with California's largest hospital system.
We are offering a competitive salary guarantee in the range of $325,000 - $400,000, with excellent earning potential through a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus. Job RequirementsRequired- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
- Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
