Position OverviewAs an RFP Response Team Manager within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based remotely.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
Job Description- Sets strategic direction for Request for Proposal/Request for Information teams, oversees and directs proposal response teams' timely, comprehensive and accurate response to proposal requests. Provides subject matter expertise on all matters relating to investment management, including sales, service, product, compliance, legal and regulatory matters.
- Establishes team vision. Manages a team of direct reports, indirect internal resources and outside vendors in a complex multi-dimensional environment. Constructs and manages staffing models for budget recommendations to align team resources with expanding needs.
- Manages identification, management and updating of external third party data bases. Manages the request for proposal/request for information process to identify and develop internal partnerships with subject matter experts.
- Ensures education of team, sales staff and internal partners. Manages decision making processes for completion/submission of requests for proposal/requests for information in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Anticipates plans and manages the need for and development of tracking and activity reporting process in fulfillment of various service level agreements, leadership and management reporting. Ensures quality assurance of output as well as market competitiveness.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $77,000.00 – $171,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
