Job Description:

Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reward programs and solutions across Castrol. This role has a global scope, supporting projects across regions and countries, while also contributing to local or regional reward initiatives as needed.

The role partners closely with business leaders and People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) teams to deliver strategic, data-driven, and compliant reward solutions that align with organizational priorities and market practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist guidance and support in the design, development, and implementation of reward programs and solutions across Castrol globally, regionally, and locally.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams and agile squads addressing both immediate business needs and long-term critical initiatives.
  • Deliver assigned project activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Partner with business participants and PC&C teams to understand reward-related needs, priorities, and challenges.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret internal and external market data to support reward recommendations and decision-making.
  • Ensure all reward solutions are developed and implemented in alignment with Castrol reward and wellbeing policies, processes, and governance standards.
  • Maintain awareness of global market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices related to total rewards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reward programs, processes, and employee experience.
  • Apply strong consulting and influencing skills to challenge assumptions and support effective business decisions.
  • Continuously develop capabilities in advisory, collaborator management, project management, and leadership.

  • Strong understanding of reward governance, regulatory, legal, and social requirements across multiple geographies.
  • Experience working within global and matrixed organizations preferred.
Language
  • Professional proficiency in English required.

How much do we pay (Base)? $128,000 - $183,000 *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
