Job Description:

Revenue Recovery Supervisor is responsible for processes that collect accurate data for billing purposes. Main elements include, safe work environment for employees, compliance with regulatory bodies, performance and profitability, as well as identification of additional revenue opportunities.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Enforce and maintain safe work environment
  • Maintain DWS compliance under governmental and Corporate guidelines.
  • Establish measures and lead the workgroup to achieve the goals.
  • Cost control and cost planning, including CAPEX
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities
  • Work and establish contacts with third party vendors as well as government officials.
  • Provide cross-functional support to various groups, including BD, PE, IE, TSG, Ops, and Security.
  • Develop and manage people.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Intermediate knowledge of:
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, as well as time management
  • Ability to work as part of the group and independently
  • Must be self-driven and goal oriented.
  • Excellent soft-skills and experience managing unionized employees.
  • Good understanding of operational processes
  • Ability to accept directions from multiple levels of management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to act diplomatically and with tact.

Education Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
  • University Degree (required)
  • Enrollment in MBA program (preferred)

Experience:
  • Transportation industry
  • Management (unionized workgroup preferred)

Building Assignment and Responsibility:
  • CARVE - Empire Revenue Recovery (All Sort - Day, Twi and Night)
  • Shift: Monday - Friday | Noon to 8pm. (or as business needs dictate)

  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself -Required.

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $67,800.00/year to $110,160.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
