Revenue Operations Systems Manager at ArdoqKeep our GTM systems running smoothly, so the people closest to our customers can always rely on the tools.About the RoleEvery GTM team at Ardoq depends on Salesforce and its integrated applications working the way they should: a lead reaching the right rep in seconds, a quote going out the door in minutes. As our Revenue Operations Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for the health of Salesforce and its integrations, moving seamlessly between quick tickets and carefully scoped system improvements.
At Ardoq, we value autonomy and psychological safety. In this role, you won't just follow a script; you will have the influence to shape your domain and the ownership to see your ideas through to execution.
What you'll do- Own Salesforce, end to end: You'll be one of two dedicated Salesforce admins owning user set-up and permissions, as well as the configuration and ongoing optimization of Salesforce as part of our wider tech ecosystem.
- Partner across GTM: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Sales to turn real business problems into system solutions people actually trust and use.
- Lead system projects: You'll drive system projects that might range from deploying a CPQ tool to establishing a robust Customer SQL framework.
- Cultural contribution: Help shape the habits of a small, high-trust team where picking up a ticket and shipping a project matter equally.
On a typical day, you willStart by clearing a handful of tickets, the small stuff that keeps Sales and CS moving. Then shift into project mode: reviewing a Flow that's throwing errors, scoping the next phase of an important integration, or sitting down with a BDR leader to improve our routing process. You'll lean on AI tools daily, to check a formula, sanity-check an automation, or move faster through a repetitive task, because that's simply how good admin work gets done now. Some days are almost entirely tickets. Some are almost entirely project work. Most days are a mix of both.
Who you areThe Experience: You hold a current Salesforce Administrator certification and have supported Salesforce inside a high-growth tech company. You've worked closely enough with AEs, BDRs, Marketing, and CSMs to understand why a system change matters, not just how to make it.
The Mindset: You're happy being one of a small team, not one of many. You move comfortably between answering a ticket and running a project, often in the same day, and the unglamorous work isn't beneath you.
The Tools: You're a certified Salesforce Admin. You use AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow, not as an occasional experiment, to move faster and catch things you'd otherwise miss.
The Communicator: You can explain a system change to a non-technical stakeholder in terms of what it means for their day, not just what changed under the hood.
The "Ardoq Way"We live by three values, Bold, Caring, and Driven, that define how we work, how we treat each other, and how we win.
- BOLD: you continuously raise the bar for yourself and others, starting from a place of "what if I could?" You act decisively, even when the information isn't complete, choosing forward motion and learning over waiting for the perfect answer.
- CARING: you care enough to be candid, delivering direct, kind, and timely feedback that helps your teammates grow. You operate as one team, sharing knowledge openly, celebrating others' wins, and putting collective success ahead of your own.
- DRIVEN: at Ardoq, everyone has a stake in the outcome, including stock options. You act like an owner: measuring success by impact rather than effort, saying "no" to distractions, and staying focused on the highest-value work at pace.
